Post Modern Portraits
I have an interest in the way the media portrays women. I am particularly interested in the way celebrity trends and cosmetic surgery have filtered down into our every day lives. The magazines I used to read as a girl contained tips on how the beloved and idolised celebrity women of days gone by applied their make up. Now it seems that not only the celebrities but women everywhere are having a bit (or a lot) of work done.
